Inside Sales Representative CPI

Are you sales minded? Are you always looking to develop customer relationships and are you fluent in German? Then we have a great opportunity for you!

For our Sales and customer strategy team, we are looking for an Inside sales representative.

You will take full ownership of the sales process from lead generation through opportunity creation, selling, order processing and after sales. Working closely with different team members with different expertise to ensure achieving goals. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. A key aspect of the role will be a detailed and structured approach to customer relationship management.

Your Role

  • Typically performs outbound sales calls to selected customers to develop relationships and generate revenue.
  • Works in sync with our digital marketing leads generation process
  • Identifies go-to persons at customers based on our CRM system and enriches our contact data by that.
  • Maintains accurate records of all customer contacts in CRM, logging calls, notes, and outcomes in accordance with activity goals.
  • Follows up on sales leads and meets quarterly targets.
  • Works with our technical Sales & Academy teams to resolve customer questions on products & fittings.
  • Participates in new digital product launch activities.
  • Maintains high level of sales and customer service knowledge, including industry, product, technical, competition, systems, and order entry processing knowledge.
  • Collaborates with Sales and Customer Strategy Team to establish and continuously improve a clear path of communication with the customer.

Who are you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in (inside) sales;
  • Fluent in German, proficient in English is required
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis, draw conclusions, and communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effective communication and follow-up, supported by our CRM system.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
