Job Description

Are you passionate about helping customers find the right solutions while driving real business growth? We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Associate Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support and grow relationships with current customers while uncovering new opportunities within our Key Card and Group Ex Pro product lines — and beyond.

This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and is eager to build a career in sales and account management. You’ll focus on smaller business opportunities within your assigned territory and work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and grow their engagement with Daxko’s software.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to contact for your assigned Key Card and Group Ex Pro customers — supporting renewals, upgrades, and day-to-day needs.
  • Lead product demos and sales efforts for prospective customers in your market.
  • Uncover and close new business opportunities, especially in smaller markets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline — accurately forecast and track your deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other sales team members to share insights and support collective success.
  • Adapt quickly as products and market trends evolve.
  • Travel up to 40% to meet with clients and prospects in your territory.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • A passion for customer success and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a territory independently.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A consultative sales mindset — you listen first, then provide tailored solutions.
  • High level of ownership and personal accountability.
  • Resilience and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Points for:

  • 1–2 years of sales or inside sales experience.
  • Experience making cold calls or handling inbound leads.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or software sales.
  • Experience in the health & wellness industry.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
