DIGITAL ANALYTICS MANAGER

ABOUT YOU:

Are you a strategic analytics leader with a passion for digital insights, marketing performance, and customer behavior? Jostens is seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to play a critical role in shaping our digital growth strategy. As a key member of the Business Analytics team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to turn data into actionable insights and optimize performance across web, mobile, CRM, and more. YOU WILL:

  • Partner with Stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to understand business priorities and translate them into high-impact analytics projects that inform strategy.
  • Lead Digital Analytics and Intelligence. Drive the customer intelligence program by analyzing data from digital channels, CRM, transactional platforms, and offline sources.
  • Develop Actionable Insights. Use clickstream data and advanced analytics to uncover trends, identify customer segments, and support digital channel growth, acquisition, and retention.
  • Support Strategic Decision-Making. Prepare compelling monthly and quarterly insight reports and presentations for leadership to evaluate marketing and sales performance.
  • Enhance Data Governance and Consistency. Standardize digital data governance and document KPI definitions and data sources to support data-driven planning.
  • Maximize the Customer Journey. Capture and analyze key moments across the digital experience to enhance engagement and drive conversion.
  • Visualize and Communicate Clearly. Present complex analytics in an engaging, visual, and story-driven format that supports clear business decision-making.
  • Typical/expected % of overnight travel: <10%

YOU HAVE:

  • Education. University degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience. 5+ years in marketing analytics, digital product, or business intelligence roles.
  • Technical Proficiency. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency in SQL, and experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
  • Digital Expertise. Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and experience with digital tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Communication Strength. Skilled at telling a data story clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while juggling multiple projects.
  • Preferred. Advanced SQL knowledge, experience with Snowflake or dimensional modeling, Google Tag Manager expertise, and a demonstrated track record of analytical curiosity.

Our Marketing team leverages digital marketing strategies and tactics focused on schools, independent sales reps, parents, and students to deliver the right message, to the right customer, at the right time. Team members will understand and leverage customer insights through data analysis & testing to then create experiences and relevant content throughout the customer journey and to support our specialized products lines including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products, and Professional Sports. Through executing across a variety of consumer touchpoints on jostens.com, social, e-mail and print materials, the team collaborates with internal partners to create relevant and timely marketing campaigns to meet the needs of our customers.
