About the Job

Operate and maintain palletizing systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of robotic and conveyor equipment, while ensuring product flow, safety, quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll operate and maintain robotic palletizing equipment, manage product flow and perform routine maintenance. You'll assist with troubleshooting, create pallet patterns and use a forklift to transport pallets. You will ensure quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe workspace while supporting team coordination. You'll also take on additional duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Strong manual dexterity and mental acuity
  • Good physical condition; able to perform tasks with moderate physical effort
  • Valid forklift driver’s license
  • Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ownership of required tools (as specified by Supervision)
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education programs
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to safety and care in handling equipment
