  • Completes required training on time, and maintains accurate records, forms, logs, and reports.
  • Prepares detailed records of tests, repairs, and maintenance activities. Completes work orders and job safety analyses.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ensuring efficient tracking of maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoots equipment using manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering input to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitors operational parameters (temperature, pressure, fluid levels) and diagnoses malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and inspecting PLCs, plant control systems, and DCS, including control card replacement and wiring terminations.
  • Occasional travel to support operations and maintenance at other power plant assets within the project fleet as needed.
  • Fulfills additional responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager to support plant operations.
