This position plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming front office environment while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform basic clerical duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars
  • Support various departments with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Order and manage office supplies inventory

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an office or customer service setting preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong sense of reliability
