This role is dedicated to U.S. Local Regulatory and Production Policy, focusing on studio locations in California, New Jersey, New Mexico, and New York within the UCAN Public Policy team, and reports to the Director of U.S. State Regulatory and Production Policy. The position is based in Los Angeles, California, with significant travel.
The UCAN Public Policy team within Global Affairs advocates for a legislative and regulatory environment conducive to growth in the U.S. and Canada and serves as a strategic partner to internal business groups as they navigate the policy world.
As part of this team, the successful candidate will lead Netflix's local engagement and ensure a positive regulatory environment for the business in the United States, working with internal Netflix teams, policymakers, community groups, and third-party advocates to promote the development and success of Netflix projects and sound regulatory practices.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $400,000-$700,000.
