Job Description

• Prepare equipment and materials for production.
• Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, inputting materials, and monitoring defects/loss for continuous self-inspection of the product.
• Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System).
• Track all non-conformances and scraps.
• In the Mixing department: wear a full mask respirator 2-3 times per day while dumping powders into a bin to start the mixing process. This process takes 30 minutes to 1 hour. Adhere to safety protocols to avoid contact with slurry and chemicals.
• In the Coding department: wear masks and occasionally enter oven rooms with temperatures around 330-350 degrees Fahrenheit to address line breaks. Operate machinery for lifting heavy reels and be prepared to pull/push up to 75 pounds.

Day Shift: 6 am - 6 pm

Night Shift: 6pm - 6 am

• Working every other weekend. (split shift: 3 days on, 4 days off)*

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.

Offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. Company provides $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
