As a Facilities Coordinator, you will manage and oversee the maintenance, custodial, and operational tasks across multiple locations. You will be responsible for supervising the activities of maintenance technicians and custodians, including their training, performance evaluations, and workflow monitoring. Additionally, you will handle maintenance tasks related to the interior and exterior appearance of facilities and manage the daily work order system, preparing reports for review with the Facilities Manager. A thorough understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exterior façade, roofing, and other mechanical systems in the facility is required.

Flexibility is essential to accommodate any changes in agency operating hours, and you must be able to fill in when other staff members are absent. A minimum of one Saturday per month availability is necessary, along with the ability to respond to emergency situations.

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $56000.00/yr.
