Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial Mechanical Construction)

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change orders and project coordination effectively.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, especially those exceeding 1 million in value.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Sheet Metal services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
