Job Title: Quality Process Lead

Job Description

The Quality Process Lead will assist with various engineering projects, ensuring successful project offloading and accomplishment tracking. This role involves working on a new online quality program, reviewing existing documentation, and uploading it into a new system. Responsibilities include handling inspection plans, work instructions, and PFMEAs, as well as creating new file structures and organizing existing documents.

Responsibilities

  • Administer change management systems.
  • Collect input from the shop floor and enter handwritten notes into engineering portals.
  • Match data analytics and ensure engineering data accuracy.
  • Support validation processes and quarterly tracking on machining data.
  • Organize engineering invoices and align them with engineering projects.
  • Download FMEAs and manage training documentation.
  • Maintain project organization and document control.
  • Understand document content to appropriately place it in the software.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with quality documentation, including reading work instructions, inspection plans, and PFMEAs.
  • Proficiency in document control with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to track project requirements and priorities.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and web-based data management systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Omnex is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is full-time, onsite, with a 40-hour work week. The role involves both office and manufacturing floor environments. Employees gain exposure to multiple engineering departments, offering a comprehensive understanding of company operations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
