Inspect, service and repair heavy equipment
Responsibilities:
??? Will inspect, service, and repair heavy equipment in the field without direct supervision and provide written service reports from field findings.
??? Maintains frequent contact with the main office to provide updates and review service problems, as well as, with customers to assess service needs.
??? Conducts customer training on equipment operation, and maintenance.
??? Provides after-sale technical support and service, as required.
??? Will be responsible for facility maintenance.
??? Will assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
??? Will work closely with international parent company???s employees

Qualifications:
??? 2-3 years of service experience, preferably in a maintenance field
??? Moderate level of technical aptitude including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
??? Proficient using hand and power tools.
??? Proficient and diplomatic with oral and written communication with customers.
??? 20% travel required
??? Willing to work irregular hours including weekends, if required.
??? General knowledge of common PC software including MS Office, and e-mail.
??? Ability to capture and transmit digital pictures via e- mail.
??? Has passport or willing to get one.
??? Willing to travel international, as required.
??? Local to Alabaster, AL or surrounding areas
