Product Manager – Surgical

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to lead our Surgical portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving market share growth, strengthening brand leadership, and delivering long-term business success.

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive market share, profitability, and sustainable growth
- Lead new product launches, lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and campaign development
- Create and deliver educational initiatives such as roadshows, workshops, and hands-on clinical events to support surgeon engagement and patient safety
- Monitor market dynamics and use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making
- Act as the go-to expert for the commercial team — providing product training, clinical support, and market insights
- Build strong clinical and commercial relationships with surgeons, and hospital stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand
Who you are – required experience
- Proven experience in product management within medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
- Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with internal teams and external clinical stakeholders
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset and a focus on execution
- Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into clear, actionable plans
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and visual communication platforms
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, biomedical science, engineering, healthcare, or a related field
Preferred experience
- Experience with surgical technologies or within the operating theatre environment
- Successful track record of launching new products into the market
