Job Description
This position provides academic and student support for Virginia Tech’s growing online Master of Information Technology (VT-MIT) program, reporting to the Assistant Director. The Graduate Program Coordinator will provide ongoing support for current students and newly admitted students, offering guidance and resources to ensure student success throughout their academic journey. This includes monitoring student progress, assisting with course registration, addressing student concerns, and connecting students to relevant academic resources. The program coordinator will also help manage student communication, ensuring that students are kept informed of important deadlines, policy changes, and opportunities for engagement, and serve as a liaison between the program, the Graduate School, and university student service offices.

This position is based at Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus in Alexandria, VA. Following an initial onboarding period, there is potential for a flexible hybrid work schedule in alignment with program needs and university guidelines.
