Location: Provo, UT

Pay: $18 – $20/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to bend, form, and shape metal parts using CNC press brake machines. This position requires a strong eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brake machines to form metal parts to specification
• Measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints and job orders
• Adjust machine settings and change tooling as needed
• Load and position materials safely using manual or powered equipment
• Monitor equipment and report issues or malfunctions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with machine maintenance and future job setups
• Write or adjust basic machine programs if needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience operating press brakes or CNC equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout shift
