The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.

Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proficient Application Specialist with strong Functional Skills, specifically in Finance and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of ERP experience with systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Support:
   • Provide functional support for Finance and Supply Chain modules.
   • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
2. Business Analysis:
   • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
   • Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and new features.
3. System Configuration and Maintenance:
   • Configure and maintain ERP applications to meet business needs.
   • Perform regular system updates and ensure compliance with best practices.
4. Training and Documentation:
   • Conduct end-user training sessions to enhance system adoption.
   • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process flows.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to implement and optimize ERP solutions.
   • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Project Support:
   • Participate in ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
   • Test new functionalities and ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (an Associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered).
• A minimum of 2 years of ERP experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with system implementations or upgrades.
• Knowledge of SQL and PeopleSoft Query.
• Understanding of other ERP systems or tools related to finance and supply chain management.
• Certification in relevant ERP systems is a plus.
