Schedule | Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Cabinet Designer for our Kitchen Art Cabinetry Division. This role will design displays for Ferguson nationally. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Create cabinet designs using 20/20 software to meet job specifications
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information
  • Prepare job quotations and submittals
  • Continually enhance skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image and keep abreast of trends in design
  • Collaborate with other branch personnel to ensure phenomenal customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond

Qualifications:

  • Prior design sales experience within the industry will be preferred
  • 2 to 4 years experience with interior design preferred
  • Knowledge of 20/20 or AutoCAD design software required
  • Prior experience in processing cabinet orders is a plus
  • House call and interior installation experience is a plus
  • Product and vendor knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
  • Possess technical and mechanical aptitude and ability to think outside the box to solve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Extensive cabinetry product knowledge
  • Possess a high level of attention to details
  • Outstanding problem solving, leadership, and listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $21.68

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
