Summary/Objective:
The Senior Coordinator is responsible for organizing and maintaining a high volume of administrative tasks to support the operations of the Academy Theaters department. This includes assisting the Vice President with scheduling, preparing documentation, processing invoices, and conducting project research to support the success of all screenings and events across the Academy’s four theaters.

Travel: The percentage of travel time expected for the position is 15%.
Required Vaccination: Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required, including any booster vaccinations as applicable. Exception: Medical and religious accommodations approved by the Office of People & Culture.
Hybrid Requirement: All Academy positions require a minimum of 2 days per week of in-person work at an Academy Location. Exceptions: Positions requiring daily in-person presence (ex., Front-line staff, staff who need to deal with materials on-site, etc.) and medical and religious accommodations approved by the Office of People & Culture.
Compensation: The expected salary for this role is $25.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
