IT Academic Applications Specialist (HEOa)
POSITION DETAILS
The Division of Enrollment Management at City College of New York is dedicated to supporting student success throughout the, entire student lifecycle. Our mission is to enhance student engagement and success through a comprehensive, student-centered approach that integrates enrollment services and academic support. The Division plays a pivotal role in advancing these goals by managing multiple technologies that support student retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
This position will serve as the IT Academic Applications Specialist (HEOa), responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of key technology platforms utilized across the campus, such as EAB Navigate. These platforms are integral to the coordination of care between administrators, faculty, staff, and students, with the goal of supporting student success from admission through graduation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Senior Associate Director of Admissions/EAB Navigate Manager, the Assistant Director of Student Success and Retention Technology will:

Bachelor’s degree and four years’ related experience required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range: $70,238 - $75,465. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
