Position: Emergency Department Physician

Location: Montclair Hospital Medical Center – Montclair, California

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem

Montclair Hospital Medical Center, part of the Prime Healthcare network, is seeking a motivated and skilled Emergency Department Physician to deliver outstanding care in our community-focused facility. This is a great opportunity to practice in a collaborative and efficient emergency department.

Responsibilities

• 12 clinical shifts a month, Mix of Days and Nights
• Must be board certified in Emergency Medicine.
• 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Start date August 1st, 2025
• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and hospital staff.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM preferred).
• Current California medical license (or eligibility).
• Active DEA certification.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
