About the job:

We are seeking a Tech Lead for IDMC with 7-10 years of experience to lead data integration processes using Informatica IICS. The role involves designing, developing, and managing ETL/ELT processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs and align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration processes using Informatica IICS.
• Construct mappings, tasks, task flows, schedules, and parameter files.
• Ensure adherence to ETL/ELT best practices and create ETL mapping documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
• Support activities including ticket creation and resolution in Jira/ServiceNow.
• Work in an Agile/DevOps environment and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Informatica, with 2+ years in Informatica IICS.
• Strong experience in ETL tools and database designs.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Onsite/Offshore models.
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
