Industry leading mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal contractor is on the lookout for an experienced Quality Assurance Implementation Manager to serve strategic customers in our Midwest markets! The QAM will be a pivotal player in the facilitation and ongoing certification of our ISO 9001 program for quality management of fabricated assemblies. Hearing the voices of our customers, empowering our people to satisfy the customer focus and maintaining and analyzing key metrics and data to act as feeders to the continuous improvement system are the primary focus of this position.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Experience with ISO 9001 and Lean Principals
• Exceptional Communicator
• Strong Understanding of Manufacturing Standards
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Ability to Effectively Interact with Technical, Non-Technical and Business Staff at all Levels
• Customer Focused with the Ability to Deliver a High-Level of Customer S ervice
