This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Regional Office complex, its grounds and all equipment which includes two warehouse buildings and ten acres of lawn and parking areas. Duties consist of repairing or installing water pipes, furnaces, air-conditioning units, electrical service and other things as necessary in addition to painting, moving desks, chairs, file cabinets, maintaining floors and restroom facilities. This position is responsible for caring for and mowing the lawn, maintaining the parking lots, driveways and sidewalks, pruning shrubs, and repairing drains. In Winter months, snow and ice removal will be included in your duties. Work also involves ordering and maintaining proper inventory of items necessary to Regional operations.
