Do you enjoy detailed, hands-on work? Are you good with tools and looking to grow your skills in a stable, high-demand trade? We’re hiring Braze Assembly Technicians to join our production team!

No prior brazing experience? No problem — we provide training for the right candidates with mechanical aptitude and a great attitude.

Location: South Windsor, CT

Schedule: 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 11 pm to 7:30 am

Pay rate: $21-24/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble metal parts and prepare joints for brazing.
• Use torches or ovens to perform precision brazing on metal components.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare parts for final assembly.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, or written instructions.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure every part meets specifications.

What You Bring:

• Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools.
• Good eye for detail and steady hands for precise work.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn brazing techniques (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet.
