WORK HOURS: PRN Days; As Needed
RADIOLOGY BREAST CENTER DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

- The THD Breast Center was the first in North Texas to commercially offer 3D Tomosynthesis imaging.
- Fast-Paced, high-volume department averaging 100 patients/day

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED
- Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required OR
- Associate degree preferred
- One Year experience as a clinical mammographer preferred OR
- Meet the mammography requirements as stated in Federal Register for MQSA in Final Rules, Part 900.12(a)(2). Preferred
- ARRT—American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography—Upon Hire Required AND
- ARRT—American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography—Upon Hire Preferred OR
- ARRT—American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography—within 12 Months Required AND
- CMRT –Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist Either by the TDH or TMB—Upon Hire Required AND
- BCLS—Basic Cardiac Life Support—prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform, screening and diagnostic mammography as well and Bone Density
- Produce quality images in mammography as defined by the American College of Radiology guidelines.
- Mammography: visual inspections, compression checks
- Diagnostic Radiology: Visual inspections, Tomo, mammo rooms and apron.
