Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler – Slide-In Range Line

We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join our fast-paced production line, building slide-in range units. This is a hands-on role where you will install multiple lightweight components at an assigned station using power tools. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with their hands, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts on slide-in ranges at a designated station
- Use a power drill continuously throughout the shift
- Ensure all parts are correctly installed and meet quality standards
- Conduct visual inspections for fit, finish, and cosmetic defects
- Follow safety procedures when using mechanical lifts for heavier parts (e.g., warming drawers, main tops, cavities)
- Maintain a steady work pace to meet production targets (1 unit approx. every 5 minutes)
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and use hands for extended periods
- Comfortable using power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; use of lifts for heavier parts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
