Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in finance, information technology, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in financial management and planning, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of theories, procedures, practices, and expertise related to financial management and procurement of technology.
- Knowledge of practices and procedures related to federal and/or state grant management.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies related to procurement and finance.
- Skill in budget management.
- Skill in vendor and contract management.
- Skill in personnel, financial, and administrative management.
- Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
