Overseeing the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, supervising security staff, conducting risk assessments, managing incident response, and ensuring compliance with local safety regulations.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Monitor surveillance systems and perform regular patrols of the property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe behavior.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential security or safety hazards.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, investigations, and security reports.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding safety and security.

What We need from you:

• Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of public safety, security operations, and relevant regulations
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations
• Familiarity with surveillance and emergency response systems
• A focused individual with passion, personality, individuality, integrity, creativity and drive for continuous improvement
