Payroll Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Payroll Analyst, you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a particular focus on Norway and Iceland.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking, reconciling, and processing payroll input data.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
  • Provide the external vendors with input and instructions.
  • Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports for HR and Finance.
  • Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments across the company.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the payroll (or related) area.
  • You pay attention to detail.
  • You have strong MS Office literacy (especially MS Excel)
  • You understand how to work with confidential data.
  • You feel comfortable working with tight deadlines.
  • You speak English fluently (Norwegian is a plus).
