We are hiring Cost Controller.

我们在寻找一位具备以下特质，并可独立承担相应岗位职责的成本控制经理人选：

As a Cost Controller, we rely on you to:

作为酒店成本控制经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：

• Responsible for preparing hotel food and beverage cost reports, and controlling operational costs for food and beverages;负责酒店食品、饮品成本报告，控制食品、饮品营业成本;
• Inspect procurement channels, receiving procedures, and quality of food raw materials, and stay informed about market prices of raw materials;检查食品原材料采购供货渠道、收货程序以及原材料质量，掌握市场上原材料价格信息;
• Communicate with various kitchen and restaurant departments to provide cost-related information and reduce costs;与各厨房餐厅部门沟通，提供成本信息，降低成本;
• Conduct regular market price surveys and analysis with the Purchasing Department and F&B Department to control purchase prices more effectively;定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析，更有效地控制进价;
• Strictly enforce procedures and standards for the procurement, inspection, storage, and issuance of various goods, food, and beverages.严格各种物品、食品、饮品的购入、验收、入库出库等有关手续和标准。

We are looking for someone who:

候选人应具备以下特质：

• Minimum 2 years of experience in this position and at least 3 years of experience in cost accounting roles;具有本岗位2年以上工作经验，在成本核算岗位工作3年以上。
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with good team quality;沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质;
• Strong sense of responsibility and a sense of innovation;工作责任心强，有创新意识；
• Good health, integrity and kindness.身体健康，为人正直善良。
