On Premise Key Account Manager with Distribution Partner

As the Key Account Manager in On Premise you will be responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio at the respective Key Accounts in Thailand. You will maximize business opportunities in a profitable way while developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our top chained On-Premise customers. You will also build powerful strategies based on industry- and consumer insights to derive impactful measures which ensure a continuous development of our brand at each of your customers. As a result, you will deliver business plan targets for sales and distribution for the On-Premise channel.

  • Strategy & Planning
  • You will identify the most relevant channels and customers, considering both size and relevance within the respective market. You will develop long-term visions to drive both vertical and horizontal distribution and sales. You will align with local Marketing teams on market-relevant industry and consumer insights, as well as national focus areas. You will also lead annual business planning for On Premise Key Accounts, including budget and volume forecasting, along with a well-considered activation plan for each Key Account.
  • Managing Key Accounts
  • You will maximize the performance of existing customers through effective joint business planning. You will acquire new customers from the relevant national universe. You will negotiate win-win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull’s and the customer’s business. You will also collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders—including buyers, sales and marketing managers, controllers, logistics managers, and CEOs—to drive business success.
  • Tracking, Analysing & Reporting
  • You will measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance, as well as identifying areas of growth and opportunity. You will also maintain and optimize data in the Key Account Tracker, and share updates on Key Account volume, distribution, execution, and agreements with HQ twice per year.
  • Leading by Example
  • You will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distribution partners, industry players, influencers, and on-site F&B managers, store managers, and staff. You will act as a “Canbassador,” building affinity for and understanding of the Red Bull brand and product within your network. You will also deliver excellence in all activities and execution, reflecting Red Bull’s premium brand image.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years sales experience in FMCG industry (On trade preferred)
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management (preferred)
  • Proofed track record of accomplishments in sales and trade marketing
  • Local language + business fluent English
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • University Degree (business, marketing or similar preferred)
  • Fluent in Thai and strong English communication
  • Travel 20-30%
