Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

As a Digital Billing Specialist you will be responsible for providing invoicing support for NBCUniversal digital properties. You will serve as the first point of contact for billing reporting, coordinating the invoice process, and status management in alignment with our clients’ advertising schedules. Additionally, the Digital Billing Specialist will work with internal clients including Sales, Strategic Planning, and Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and communicate Digital Sales Planners to understand client billing requirements
  • Coordinate and execute changes/optimization to existing contracts
  • Manage internal dashboards for billing status for all assigned campaigns for communications with internal partners
  • Send campaign screen shots / proof of campaign launch for all placements to agencies
  • Complete custom reporting requests and post-campaign summary billing report for clients
  • Collaborate with billing finance team and operations to ensure billed impressions are delivered
  • Work with clients to resolve differences in third party reporting Client Service:
  • Develop strong understanding of our products and solutions for advertisers
  • Serve as the primary contact with clients and agencies regarding maintenance of digital advertising schedules
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients/agencies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Client Service and/or Account Management experience a plus. Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented and responsive, deadline driven and have strong quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 (overtime eligible)
