CNC Machine Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team at PDS Tech Commercial!

Job Type: Full-time | Consultant (6 months)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | First Shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $29.00+ per hour

Are you an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician with a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining high-performance machinery? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled professional to join our team and ensure the reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues by interpreting machine error messages and operator feedback.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including oil/grease checks, hydraulic systems, and coolant maintenance.
• Respond urgently to equipment issues, minimizing downtime through active troubleshooting of CNC machines and control systems.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance on automated systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs for system optimization.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical repair of CNC machine tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in maintaining and improving equipment reliability.
• Preferred: Experience with Fanuc controls.

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
