Job Description: We are seeking entry-level Machine Operators! Are you looking to get your foot in the door of the industrial workforce? This is the job for you! As a machine operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining production efficiency and product quality.

Pay Rate: $12/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm (some overtime required)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery to produce parts and products according to specifications
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure machinery functions smoothly
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and follow operational protocols
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading machines and moving materials as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in machine operation and/or material handling preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety guidelines
