Must have an intern license in Speech Language Pathology from the Texas State Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology within 30 days of placement in job.
Must have Must have a current Healthcare Provider CPR course completion card prior to hire and/or placement in job from one of the following:
OR Speech/Language pathologist Only:
Must be licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
