From your PASSION to ours
The Sales Manager will serve as a key leader in the Non-Commercial segment, overseeing a portfolio of strategic partners and driving national growth initiatives. This role has evolved from a Business Development Manager into a higher-impact position with enhanced leadership, strategy, and cross-functional responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings deep sales expertise, uses independent judgment to resolve complex challenges, and influences future direction through proactive problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the execution of our go-to-market strategy, manage high-value partnerships, and contribute directly to long-term business planning. You’ll collaborate across internal teams—including Trade, Marketing, and Culinary—to ensure brand alignment, customer satisfaction, and optimal trade investment.
