Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with IT/Developers for other systems to integrate across the business >>> Snaplogic
  • Maintain and enhance existing custom application.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices and comply with Salesforce standards.
  • Work closely with Application Owner, Application Manager, Product Owner & Project Managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and testing of Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and standards are adhered to.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration options and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, X-Author, Salesforce inspector etc.).
  • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Service Now).
  • Knowledge of SQL and database design.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2000EUR brutto /month + VAR*
