HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.
We are currently searching for a talented professional to join our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit, who will take care of the following tasks:
What you can expect:
- Overall responsibility for managing the 3D development process to realize 3D material assets (RM, Style Colors for Digital Showroom & Looks) in the proper quality;
- Prepare selling media for internal and external collection meetings (SME, SMU, etc.), including 3D looks, campaign videos, 3D contents, and layout for presentations;
- Evaluate and enhance 3D simulations and processing techniques to ensure fit, form, and adherence to HUGO BOSS 3D quality standards;
- Support and train BW&H 3D users to enhance their skills and stay updated with new versions and tools, while facilitating an efficient 3D development process internally and with vendors;
- Optimize processes and improve the quality of 3D output by collaborating with 3D artists community, designers, and developers to bring ideas to life, ensuring 3D assets meet all requirements while staying updated with the latest industry standards, trends, and technologies;
- Occasionally travel to HQ and global vendors for training and support, and attend industry fairs to advance research and development efforts.

Your profile:
- Possess a solid experience in 3D virtualization or a similar role within the fashion industry;
- Demonstrated proficiency in CLO3D is essential; expertise in additional software for texturing, modeling, and simulation, as well as video editing skills and AI software, are valuable assets;
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills;
- Exhibit a natural ability to collaborate and build connections across diverse teams;
- Showcase excellent organizational and project management skills to effectively oversee the 3D development process and uphold quality standards.
