Responsibilities:
- Perform RF gun-based cycle counts of warehouse SKUs
- Manage ABC based cycle count program using warehouse management system (WMS)
- Communicate and collaborate with various operational teams, proving count details
- Review and update cycle count metrics/KPIs on regular basis
- Support warehouse operations in a backup capacity as needed (Pick/pack, receiving, shipping)
- Perform housekeeping (5S) activities to keep warehouse area orderly during counting activities
- Knowledge of cycle counter systems and processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cycle counter or warehouse environment highly preferred
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cycle counter systems and processes a plus
Functional Success Drivers:
- Knowledge and experience with WMS (warehouse management system) inventory management software (ERP/MRP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to independently prioritize daily work
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control best practices

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- This individual will need to be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed (steel toe shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, etc.).
- While performing essential functions, this role occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat and/or cold, risk of electric shock, and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually not considered loud.
