About the Role

The Product Operations team is responsible for supporting the Product team in defining and executing its strategic roadmap and delivering to clients.

As an Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving our product team forward. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes and , and ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives that align with our architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategies.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to gather insights.
  • Data Analysis: Identify opportunities for product enhancements through thorough data analysis.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in creating product roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor Performance: Track product performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Product Operations Support: Work closely with the Product Operations manager to support various product operations initiatives including team coordination, process improvement, process implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant fields such as management consulting, operations, product management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with domain-driven design, microservices architecture, or related concepts
  • Knowledge of BSS (Business Support Systems) or related telco platforms
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices
