【主な業務内容】勤務地:秋田県由利本荘市

弊社秋田工場で人事業務全般を担当していただきます。又、東京本社の従業員対応もしていただくため、定期的な東京出張もあります。

  1. 給与と福利厚生: 給与計算、福利厚生、法定保険、健康診断。
  2. 人事管理:採用、教育、社内規定の更新・改定、地方自治体への必要書類の作成など。
  3. 勤怠月次 レポート: 離職率、欠勤率、残業時間等のレポート。
  4. 予算作成、および財務部門への毎月の人件費報告のためのデータ準備。
  5. 従業員関係:従業員感謝イベントの準備
  6. 労働局等への事務手続き

Ultra-precision metal foil resistors, Development of standard resistors / Manufacture / Sales

"Precision and Reliability" is the policy of Alpha Electronics Corp. We have continued to pursue the precision and reliability of metal foil resistors as well as their roles and possibilities in order to meet the demands of engineers around the world for higher precision. In addition, we are conducting joint research with the Akita Prefectural Institute of Advanced Technology and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology to explore the form of next-generation ultra-precision resistors through the development of new materials. We continue to think about "what can be done now and what will be needed in the future" and try to make it a reality. We aim to be a company with technologies and roles that will resonate with the next generation by linking technology, reliability, and development capabilities to the future, and continuing to take on challenges.

(Job Description) This position is located in Akita Plant, Yurihonjo-shi, Akita-ken

Responsible for all human resources operations in Akita factory. In addition, in order to deal with employees in Tokyo head office, regular business trips are required.

  1. Compensations & benefits: payroll, social benefits, statutory insurances, medical check-up, overtime calculations.
  2. HR admin.: employment, termination, update/revisions of company rules, preparation of necessary documents for local government.
  3. Monthly HC report: input TM1, turnover, absenteeism, DL labor report.
  4. Data preparation related to personal cost for Budget, YEFC, Forecast and monthly personal cost/brecon reporting to Finance department.
  5. Employee relations: preparation of events for employee appreciations
  6. Paperwork for the local labor office

Requirements

秋田にUターンもしくは移住したいと考えている方 (A person who wish to settle in Akita)

日本語と英語でコミュニケーションできる方 (Communication skill both in Japanese and English)

PCの操作ができる方 (Ability to use all kinds of systems)

数字に強い方 (Ability to manage numbers)

総務・人事・経理他事務経験のある方 (A few years' experience of G&A, Finance, HR or other administrative task)
