Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and support of the SAP FI/CO function modules, ensuring the stable operation of the system and meeting the company's financial business requirements.
- Thoroughly understand the company's financial processes, collaborate closely with business departments to conduct process mapping and improvement, and propose solutions based on SAP best practices.
- Lead or participate in the blueprint design, system configuration, testing, go-live, and subsequent operation and maintenance of SAP financial projects to ensure the timely and high - quality completion of projects.
- Provide SAP system operation training for finance and related departments, enhance users' application level of the system, and answer users' questions during the use process.
- Monitor the operation status of the SAP FI/CO function modules, promptly identify and resolve potential issues, and regularly perform system data backup and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with other teams within the Lenovo group to complete SAP implementation projects for Lenovo's internal or external clients.
Qualifications:
- Have 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant and possess the legal qualification to work in Malaysia.
- Have a proficient command of SAP FI/CO function modules, and be familiar with the configuration and implementation of business processes such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.
- Be able to independently complete the requirements analysis, design document preparation, and project delivery of financial system projects.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with personnel from different departments, and possess a strong team spirit.
- Be proficient in both Chinese and English, able to express fluently in writing and orally.
- Have strong problem - solving and adaptability skills, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Those with relevant SAP certifications will be preferred.
