As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager, in our Aged Care division, to lead our catering operations across a small number of sites within NSW & ACT.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the catering operations across 6-8 Aged Care facilities (there WILL be travel)
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Ensuring high levels of compliance across compliance within health & safety
  • Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission audits & accreditations

Your Background:

  • Previous experience within the aged care hospitality management sector
  • Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
  • Significant experience operating across multi-site delivery
  • Strong financial acumen exhibiting exposure to budgetary controls
  • Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
  • Chef qualification essential
