Our Construction client is looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to handle High Volume Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Check Runs in their compact Finance Department. The perfect candidate should have previous AP experience in the Construction industry, with a preference for familiarity with Viewpoint Vista or Timberline Software. Accounts Payable Coordinator

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000

near Mt Olive, NJ (in office)

Construction Industry Experience, required

Responsibilities:

• Process High Volume Invoicing
• Prepare Weekly Check runs
• Manages Vendor and Union Payment transactions
• Reconcile Credit Card Transactions
• Resolve Payment Discrepancies
• Provides seamless communication between AP Department and Vendors

Skills Needed:

• Construction Industry Experience, required
• Bachelor’s Degree or Proven Experience in AP
• At least 2 - 4 yrs experience
• Viewpoint Vista or Timberline experience, preferred
