The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in the creation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for ADB SAFEGATE with the objective of enhancing our brand recognition to support our business growth via campaigns, project and tradeshows across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Opportunity
- Assist in drafting correspondences and newsletters/articles for internal and external publications for key wins/achievements in the region.
- Compile and disseminate news related to regional achievements, significant business developments, and key milestones to stakeholders within and outside the company.
- Ensure that all communication is tailored to suit the linguistic and cultural nuances of each region.
- Create and maintain consistent communication with inter-departments and externally with business partners/customers on company product portfolio (new launch, discontinuation) and promotional materials.
- Responsible to maintain customer database and relevant tools for regional marketing purposes.
- Facilitate regular updates and information exchange between various departments to streamline the flow of information ie. Regional newsletter, intranet posting etc
- Develop and distribute promotional content that highlights the company’s products effectively to business partners and customers in the targeted regions.
- Responsible for planning and liaising with distribution on brochures and company promotional materials and collaterals to align with the company’s sales and marketing events/activities in timely manner with sufficient time provided to internal stakeholders with exception on ad-hoc situation.
- Assist in the execution of events (internal and external) by handling pre-event arrangement, on-site coordination (whenever necessary), post-event follow-up tasks including logistics and ground arrangement.
- Create relevant reports on marketing programs and campaign, including post-event reports, status reports, and analysis.
- Assist in preparation and fine-tuning the overall outlook of presentation slides aligned with the company branding guidelines
- Responsible for regular interactions on social media for the Asia, Australia, and New Zealand Regions, including creating messages and uploading photos to strengthen the company’s social media presence.
- To ensure marketing activities expenditures stays within budget allocated.

The talent we want to inspire has...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing are a plus.
- Experience managing social media campaigns in a multicultural environment
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in event management / exhibitions
- Experience in Canva, Photoshop etc.
- Fluent in English and Malay
