As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

1. 负责区域内电气设备的维护和故障管理，确保故障率指标（KPI）的达成，并实施预防性维护措施。

2. 独立完成区域内设备故障诊断与修复工作，确保生产设备的高效稳定运行。

3. 识别并改善设备薄弱环节及难点问题，持续提升设备可靠性。

4. 主导或参与自动化项目，遵循项目管理流程完成方案设计、实施及验收，并确保项目成果有效转移。

5. 建立设备模块专家知识体系，为相关需求方提供专业培训和技术支持。

6. 担任厂级关键标准与条款的负责人，定期开展标准执行情况的辅导和健康检查。

7. 协助数字化工程师完成设备基础数据的采集与系统集成工作。

8. 参与定期会议,回顾负责模块的KPI指标,并能采取行动完成跟进项。

9. 领导安排的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1. 教育背景：

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、自动化控制等相关专业。
• 熟悉相关电气规范、标准及法规要求。

2. 工作经验：

• 具有制造业维修工作背景，5年以上相关工作经验。
• 持有电工特种作业操作证。

3. 专业技能：

• 熟练掌握PLC控制系统（包括西门子、罗克韦尔 AB CompactLogix等）。
• 熟悉HMI系统（支持AB、西门子、MCGS、威纶通等品牌）。
• 了解SCADA系统（包括Intouch、WinCC、Factorytalk SE等）。
• 具备丰富的变频器、伺服驱动、传感器应用经验。
• 熟悉工业通信协议（Profinet、Ethernet/IP、RS485、RS232）。
• 具有AGV和机器人相关经验者优先。

4. 其他要求：

• 熟练使用AutoCAD及办公软件。
• 具有良好的英文读写能力。
• 具备优秀的项目管理能力，能够独立主导和执行自动化项目。
• 熟悉精益生产理念者优先。
• 具备出色的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力。
• 具备出色沟通协调和领导能力。
• 具有良好的适应能力和自我驱动力。
