We are a national company with many talent centers throughout the country. Metro One is seeking service minded individuals to join our security officer team, who will bring customer service skills and continue to build on relationships with our clients.

Looking for officers that are available 3rd Shift (10PM to 6AM) and MUST be available weekends and holidays....

Logistics Security Officer Summary:

The Security Officer(s) will be responsible for manning truck access gates and/or a command center - doing tours throughout interior & exterior of site, monitoring alarms etc. Schedule must be flexible. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Schedule is subject to change. Hiring for 3rd shifts, Bench and FLEX.

Responsibilities

You will be trained and develop skills in the following:

• Access control systems
• Logistics Tracking Software
• CCTV – Video Management Systems
• Strong Computer Skills
• Physical Security Inspections
• Willing/Able to stand/walk for lengthy periods.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Vehicle Inspections – Personnel Inspection
• Metal Detector and Baggage Inspection Systems
• Security Alarms
• Proficient in Report Writing
• Large/Busy Warehouse/MFG./Distribution Center Experience Helpful

Security Officer Requirements:

• Must have valid State Issued DL or ID
• Must have State of Alabama Guard License (Preferred).
• Must have documentation to complete the new hire i9.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Must have flexibility within schedule. And Available for any shift.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements for Security Officer.
