Job Title: Welder/ Fabricator

Shift: 1st Shift, M-F 6:30A-3:30P

Job Summary: Welder - Automotive Racking & Fabrication

We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in automotive racking and metal fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blueprint reading, welding techniques, and the ability to work with various metal types and fabrication tools. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to identify specific welding requirements in a fabrication environment.
• Competently weld automotive racking components, ensuring quality and structural integrity.
• Utilize hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and clamps to complete small welding projects with precision.
• Cut metal using a torch and cutoff saws to meet fabrication specifications.
• Weld and fuse various metals to meet strength requirements while minimizing distortion and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Complete daily job assignments as directed, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years Mig Welding experience or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year blueprint reading experience
