Job Overview

Marvin is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Pay for Service Representative to promote and sell service solutions, resolve complex customer issues, and consult on window and door service processes.

This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you need to relocate for this role, Marvin has a variety of benefit offerings to support your move.

Highlights of your role

• Promote and sell Marvin’s Pay for Service program to customers.
• Collaborate with Outside Service teams to align on customer needs and service timelines.
• Negotiate scheduling and lead times with customers and service teams.
• Process quotes and orders for pay for service jobs.
• Apply knowledge of pricing systems, labor rates, discounts, and product specifications.
• Compose professional and accurate customer communications.
• Document service interactions with strong attention to detail.
• Support team members by sharing insights, resolving complex service scenarios, and contributing to training and process improvements.

Compensation

$26 - $27

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Strong product and installation knowledge of windows and doors (current and obsolete).
• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of product warranties and company goals/values.

Also want to make sure you have

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in service systems such as OMS, Salesforce, ICIM, Seibel, Online Docs, and Print Book Viewer.
• Strong math, documentation, and organizational skills.
