Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East's Skilled Trades Team is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a production team in Milford, OH. The Production Supervisor will serve a vital role through hiring, training and directing entry level production team members, meeting daily productivity and quality requirements, maintaining inventory control, plant safety and OSHA compliance. This is a management-level role over approximately 20+ employees, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle physical requirements, including repetitious bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting
• Strong prioritization of goals and time management
• Availability to start within two (2) weeks following acceptance of position offer
